Welcome! I’m the creator of StressAway® and a clinical psychologist with over 30 years of experience helping people effectively manage stress. I began my career as an active-duty Navy Psychologist and I've published three books on stress management.

 

Throughout my career, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding stress, its effects, and—most importantly—the science-based techniques that truly help people regain control and thrive. Now, I’m excited to bring all of that expertise directly to you through the StressAway® app.
